GREAT church on a morning that CHANGED EVERYTHING

Easter Sunday was an outstanding day! I have received scores of comments about the power of the service and the thought and deliberation that went into it. You can read some of them below. I’ll say that the introduction video and moving into the “He’s Alive” number with the choir and orchestra rising up was such fun. The choir number with Micah was electric! I was so celebrating the resurrection! I loved having the choir seated before me as I preached. They created a great “Amen” section that I found personally motivating and encouraging. The baptism video left folks in tears. I loved having the actual baptisms interspersed with singing and cheering. Special thanks to the choir, orchestra, tech crew, kids and dancers, and everyone who was there for the duration of both services. What a gift you gave to our whole community! THANK YOU for serving the Lord. It was a GREAT day.

We wanted to let you know what a tremendous blessing and challenge the Maundy Thursday service was to Jan and I. It was the best service of it's kind that I have ever attended. We found it tremendously moving with such a sense of the Lord's presence.

As a devoted Catholic for 49 years, I have been to your Sunday service twice now as a visitor. My words can't express the positive connection myself and your entire congregational family had with the Risen Lord this Easter. Everyone responsible for such an impressive ceremony should be commended. Some may say that "its too much,” but I'll say, wow – I’ve rarely felt closer to God. Thank you so much. WOW!! I just want to say how awesome that service was! The music was so meaningful and the front of the sanctuary was gorgeous. It reminded me of just how beautiful heaven will be. The team did a phenomenal job for Easter. That service hit all the senses, and if someone didn’t feel a connection to God, they were working hard at not having a response. The praise and worship was spectacular. In addition, I was particularly moved by the baptism video. The creator of that video is incredibly skilled. I was getting choked up describing it.

This was the best Easter Celebration I have ever experienced! The only thing missing was Roger and Cathy. I know they would have been so blessed to experience the passion, dedication and love that was poured into the preparation. The name of Jesus was lifted high!

We've made the final decision to JOIN Central Wesleyan Church. All our hesitations have been erased. 
We want to express deep gratitude to all who worked to make Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday such incredibly deep and moving ministries. 
Our hearts were deeply touched, our minds and hearts instructed, and our souls strengthened to witness for HIM and to follow HIM more closely. Thank you to all. Craig said it was the best Easter week he ever had.
