    A Jesus Film Message

The Wesleyan Church of Ghana wishes to express its profound gratitude to Central Wesleyan for the generous donation of The Jesus Film and the equipment, and the Ghanaian team also wishes to express our heartfelt thanks to for your support both for the equipment and budget allocation to keep the team on the road. These gifts have gone a long way to fulfill our dream of evangelizing the Northern part of Ghana within a reasonable period of time.

The realization of the need to consider new life in Christ has dawned on our Muslim brothers and sisters in the North. Testimonies from converts after viewing the film abound and it is an encouraging sign that the Jesus Film is making an impact.

A man named Bugli and his wife gave their lives to Jesus following a recent showing. “Today marks my new life having seen this man Jesus dying for my sins,” Bugli said. A middle aged man named Karim Alhassan, having given himself to the Lord during the showing, invited the Jesus Film Team into his house to see his sick daughter who had been paralyzed for two weeks. As the Team prayed the mighty hand of God came upon her and she was healed.

With the showing of the Jesus Film in the Wa language, there have been over 15 converts per day, every day of the month. A Wesleyan missionary has reported that over 900 people have been added to the church since the Jesus Film was first shown in the north of Ghana.

The Team continues to face challenges in the area of transportation as we travel to remote villages, but we make the best out of the available resources. Please keep us in your prayers as we strive to share the Gospel.
