I just had to let you know what a blessing it was for our small group to go caroling to the shut in people from CWC Sunday night. I had 10 baskets set out on my table with some things in. As the small group people came, they added to the baskets. We wrapped them up and headed out.
I can't even describe to you the looks on their faces and the tears of thanksgiving as we went from place to place. I guess I really feel that these people can too easily be overlooked and are so very appreciative for any little thing done.
We had others looking in and many singing along. The 10th basket was delivered to our own missionaries, Greg and Shannon Rast.
What an amazing God we serve - we gave out of our hearts for these people, and I'm sure we came away with the greatest blessing!
