    Half Mile Prayerwalking

Lisa and I had our first Half Mile mile prayer walk last night, no one else was able to show up or were to busy to come (pray that God free's these chosen warriors up) We started at the church asking God to break down walls and barriers, free up the people and leadership, unity, and hearts and minds to be broken so clarity and love can be poured in. We continued walking south praying that the hearts and minds of people traveling the roads are awakened supernaturally and as they reach the church or their destinations, there would be no malice or hidden enemy agendas that would prevail,

As we walked north we prayed for jobs and families connected with Herman Miller and stability and abundance for that company and security from the enemy, We prayed for the people that live in Rolling Meadows that the spirit of pride, tradition, religion, be broken and they could give the excess away and meet the needs of others, We prayed for hedges of protection for Crown Pointe and that lives will be changed, There was a strong sense of broken hearts, severed marriages, abandonment, abuse, and lacking there.

As we walked east we prayed for the local businesses to reach out and offer their services for free to anyone that asked (pray for people to just ask) As I walked in front of Harbor Village, there was a strong sense of witchcraft and as Lisa and I stood there, we came up against the enemy and cast out what was revealed and loosed freedom to those people "dabbling" from the enemy and for there hearts to seek and find Jesus.

We turned west again praying that Captain Sundae would offer free ice cream cones to the children of this area and be a light to those in need. The people in bondage due to their finances (5th/3rd & National City) and that God would provide a way out from bankruptcy, repossessions, even suicide and people would be free of debt. At Rest Haven we prayed for healing, divine appointments of salavation, peace and pain to subside in acheing bodies and all the neighbors to become aquainted and become friends and look out for each other. It was a great night of revelation for this really small part of Holland and we wait with GREAT anticipation to see where God takes us all and his people in the days to come.

    Peace,
    Steve Atwood
