Iron Sharpens Iron

In the Wednesday evening Iron Sharpens Iron men's group, we're studying the life of David and specifically discussing the importance of authentic and deep relationships with other men - men who will speak truth into our lives, encourage us, and hold our feet to the fire. A 27 year old young man joined the group for the first time last night and shared that he was making an effort to turn things around in his life after struggling with alcohol and drug abuse. At the end of the evening the entire group of 12 men gathered around this young man and prayed he would be given courage and strength for each day, as well as hunger for the Word of God. A special God moment as men lifted this brother's needs before God.
